1,The aluminum composite compound panels are composed of enhanced technological mulfi-layered compound sheets.the top and bottom layers are make of high intensive alunminum sheets and sandwiches a polyethylene core.

2,The outdoor aluminum compound is coated with polyvinylidene difluoride(PVDF) resin to withstand even the most extreme weather conditions,our indoor aluminum composite panels are coated with a high grade polyester formula to meet the demands of even the most intense environment.

4,Impact rcsistant:having apolyethylene core to absorb much of the impact and a resin exterior to protect against deformlty,our panels are highly impact resist ant,along being resistant our panels colorcoating will not crack or break apart on impact,making these panels ideal in high force winds area or sand storm conditions.

5,Easy to process:our panels are lightweight and easy to handle,you can easily form shapes and right angies with simple woodworking tools,such as an hand-saw for cutting,touter for bending,manual roller or hydraulic roller press for arcing.

6,Insulation:since our panels utilizes polyethylene cores with tight porous structure on a nano-meter scale,this results in an effective barrier againer soun,so using these panels in connection with sound proofing foam material,as insulation will optimize the decibel barrier,by using either fiberglass insulation or poly-foam in-betweem the panels and the steuctural wall,will effectively retard heat and cold weather conditions.
